Kindergarten parents, while mostly excited, may feel a bit worried about parent-child separation. Similarly, new students moving up to higher grades or levels may experience anxiety about meeting new friends or coping with new challenges. First-time employees or transferred workers may also feel uncertain about fitting in and being productive right away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nevertheless, this season is filled with hope. It&#8217;s a fresh start, the beginning of another cycle towards the fulfillment of our goals. Like cherry blossoms, the cycle begins: we bud, we bloom, the flowers fade, and the leaves sprout.
