Hello everyone! I’m Maryanila Morgan and welcome to my website!

We are just developing this website and we are very excited to share with you our perspectives about life in a foreign land.

We are foreigners living in Japan. I am from the Philippines and my husband is from the United States. We met in Japan and our only daughter is born and being raised here in Japan – now our home.

As I will fill this website, I will be sharing to you stories and information about multilingualism as we are raising our daughter to speak mainly three languages – English, Japanese and Bisaya.

I am also very excited to share my passion in gardening. We have a small space where I have plenty of plants that I grow. It is always an ongoing journey of trial and error and my garden and knowledge about it is constantly evolving.

On top of that, I would also be sharing about our place in Japan and Japan living in general, travel, and basically, everything under the sun, or moon 🌙.

Generally, this will be an avenue to express myself and share with you the view from the window of my eyes and mind through writing, and of course photos. Lots of them!
